The customer is every visitor of the site with no regard to the activity performed on the site. Hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.

The website is the internet store located at the domain doorsensy.com and owned and operated by the owner. Hereinafter referred to as “the website”, “the site”, or “the internet store”.
- Customers’ order cancellation rights
2.1 Customers have the right to cancel or revise their orders within 24 hours after placing them without any explanation for reasons to do so.
2.2 Intention of cancellation should be expressed clearly to the website’s Customer Support via one of the available communication means.
2.3 After 24 hours cancellation is not available as the order went into processing procedures. But customers still can apply for returns and refunds.
2.4 Any order revision-related actions are to be discussed with a qualified website representative.
- Return and refund circumstances
3.1 Return and refund possibilities exist only for 14 days from the moment of receiving. After 14 days the Return and Refund policies are not applicable.
3.2 The received product (including packaging) should be in the same condition it had at the moment of receiving it to be eligible for a return.
3.3 A proof of purchase is required to perform a return.
3.4 Aforementioned and following policies are applicable exclusively to the products that were sold through the internet store.

4.1 The Return and Refund policies do not apply to orders from any third party-sites, auctions, or social platforms.
4.2 The Return and Refund policies will not apply to any shipped products that completely match the specifications (dimensions, color, weight, etc.) in the associated order.
4.3 The Return and Refund policy is not applicable for products that were shipped as a gift.
- Refund refusal conditions
5.1 The refund is not an option for every order whose product matches the specified detail (size, color, quantity, variant, etc.).
5.2 Refund is not possible if the customer refuses to follow the procedures and provide needed information.
5.3 The products sent back without coordination with the owner are not eligible for refund or return.
- Refund details
6.1 To file a return or a refund a customer should provide shipping labels, proof of purchase, and proof of the inappropriate condition of the received product.
6.2 Shipping fees are not subject to a refund.
6.3 All refunds are performed via the original order payment method within 5 business days after the final decision.
6.5 Discounted or sale items are not applicable for a refund.
- Exchange policy
7.1 The website provides no exchanges for the products that were received in good condition, with no damage, missing accessories, etc.
7.2 The products that were sent damaged are to be exchanged with acceptable ones. To file an exchange contact the website’s Customer Support.
7.3 All the related shipping fees are the customers’ responsibility.
